Just about 400 yards out for the Telephone Exchange, but very close to a good chip shop that stays open until about 4 in the morning

Amie and Les have gotten the clues, but as they say they don't have GE, and surferdude PM'ed me, and wanted to wait a while, with the location.

Ans: Cheltenham, England. This is where Amie and Les are located, I had to make it easy with the clues and all for the first time.
