This building can be found on the Westcoast of the U.S.
This building completed in 1892 and built on the site of the home of one of the city's founding father's, is Richardsonian Romanesque in style. It is one of the best preserved buildings in this Square, the heart of its commercial district

The 93-year-old cast-iron Pergola has been restored after having been toppled by a semi-truck in January, 2001. The 18-month project, paid for by an insurance settlement by the trucking company, cost approximately $3.5 million. Careful restoration efforts allowed for the reuse of original fabric of the building rather than recasting new elements.

If in the states, I would say Washington or Alaska. But I bet it is in BC

Elevations of all of Seattle's streets are measured from the bottom step of the corner entrance to this Building, "Old Seattle's Number One." Henry Yesler's home sat on the site for more than 30 years before the building was erected.
