Finally after 3 Days,

I have been able to Prove out that my Bad resolution on GE was not my Computer but with GE. Some areas are not in HiRes. Thus the Fuzzy Displays.

True, but why an area would go from HiRes to LowRes I have no idea. But I got the same result on 9 Different Computers.
