I absolutely love this one, was working on making some ideas for scenery and this mishap occurred. It was supposed to be mud, but I tweaked with the color a bit and the light and well...

Looks like the rock surface is bleeding gold. =) Mishaps like this is what makes playing in PS so much fun. :)

Mike, that is beautiful. What program do you use? I am using PhotoShop Elements 2. Took a course in PhotoShop (but can't see that it is worth all that money). I tried ULead and PSP, but I like PE the best.
Any suggestions?

:) :) :)

I've tested PSP and couldn't stand it. I also go through each version of Illustrator and Fireworks and though better then PSP -- they're stiall a far cry from Photoshop. I love PS and there is a reason it is the standard in 2D graphic editing/creation.

Mike,
I thought PS stood for PhotoShop. I like it as well - I just cannot afford it - and I do agree that there is a reason it is the standard in the industry. For me (for now) Elements is quite a good substitute, although I love what can be done with PhotoShop I'm my class!
(keep posting the good stuff)

I never really have time to experiment anymore, so doubt I will be much use in this forum. But Ryan seems to be adept so hopefully he will continue to post less-than-Mike-worthy pieces. ;)
