Hi all-here's a graphics program I found and it's completely free! I downloaded it yesterday along with the different filters and add-ons. I haven't tried it yet; but looks to be much like Animation Shop. Oh and it's in English--

Uh oh! Appears to be more like PSP! Well, it has tutorials at least, at the Website. Hmmm...what is a "mask" anyway?
