When trying to create a new folder in My Documents, this error message appears:
Explorer caused and invalid page fault in module shdoc401.dll at 0187:5001f4f8.

Then it list a whole bunch of register numbers, and stack dump numbers.

Do you happen to have a program called Hotbar installed on your computer as an Internet Explorer add on ? or have you installed any windows updates recently.

Is this a recent problem, which has only started in the past few days.

I was just waiting for Richard to come back with the answers to my questions, before suggesting he try repairing IE. Did not realise he had posted on WS as well as I have not been there today.
