Adding Word Doc to Gif Frame

Can anyone tell me how to add text from a Word Document to a Xmas Frame gif I have. I think I have to change the file to a gif or jpg extension but I don't know how. Ohhhhh I'm so frustrated with not being able to figure it out for myself.

My computer has been down and I have since deleted the files.
What I finally did to make her page was just add some gifs to her text and emailed it to her without a frame.

She is having a problem with the Print Out tho' since it was emailed to her, when she prints it out the email stuff shows up on her page. Do you know how to get rid of that? I figured she could copy it all from her email and paste it to a Word Document. I think that should work shouldn't it?
