Good morning folks...
Here is one from PhotoFiltre..

I love it and used it to enhance this picture of our local lake...

......you can use it with photos or siggies. When you get to the site, click on English. next page..on the left..Downloads.Next page, Scroll down to "My Other Utilities", Click on Reflet 2.5.
It is a zip file so I downloaded it and sent it to my desktop . Just click on the icon and the program will open.

It's a stand alone folder and it's all in french, but you'll figure it out.

The link seems to be working for me....
Perhaps it was "asleep" for a while today, but as of 6PM EST it is working....
Hope you can get it geo 175 as I don't know how to post a zip file.
Someone sent me one in an e mail once but I don't know how they did it.
Would I just make it an attachment from my downloads folder?
