Can any one tell me how you put texts on a graphic / picture diagonally say from corner to corner, Arch half circle, and up and down. I know how to do is across. I want to learn how to do the other ways I have seen them done that way. Thanks for any help I can get.

Which progam is the easyest to use? Thank I will try that. I figured out how to put texts up & down in PSP 9.
