Sorry, Suze, the letters need to stay in the order that they
appear. One can delete or add only ONE LETTER EACH TURN.
It's a kind of cheese!
Poorly
Just found it :)
A mild goat’s milk cheese, with a natural rind and tender center, it is neither pressed nor cooked. Pourly has a cylindrical form: 7 centimeters diameter at the base, 6 centimeters at the summit and 6 to 7 centimeters thick. It weighs up to 300 grams and contains 45% milk-fat. the cheese is eaten from spring to autumn. Its ripening is variable, but in general lasts two to four weeks. The Pourly can however be eaten fresh after the fifth day. It has a delicate un-ripened goat’s cheese flavor. Those who appreciate mild goat’s cheese will like the Pourly.
Recommended wine: Sauvignon de Saint – Bris
But am doing poorly following poorly
