Small IE Window pops up every time!!!

Please Help if you can,

Every time I press on a link with IE a VERY small window pops up and I have to enlarge it. The window opens full screen when I initially open the IE icon from my desktop, but every time after that, ALL the links pop up small.

I run Win 98SE. What to do??? Please help!

Welcome to MPC

Open IE and click on a link. When the page opens small, hover your mouse over one of the corners, then left click and drag the window as large as you can, do the same at the sides of the window. Leave your stretched window open, and close the first window. Now close your stretched window by going to File > Close and the setting should be remembered. You might have to repeat this process, but it usually works first time.

When that small window opens,drag each edge to the size you want using your left mouse button, then while holding down the SHIFT key on your keyboard,close the window using the X (close button) top left of the window, now click on a link in IE and should open full scree or to the size you initially dragged it too.

There are other ways to achieve this but I find this quick and easy when it happens.
