My IE2 Shut Down

Latley when i close my IE 2 browser it will not close down properly. I get a gray screen than it will start shutting down in bits & picecs . It will start showing some of my desktop & when I can see my icon for MYIE2 I have to click on that & it will come up again than it will shut down properly. Could it be a bad d/l or do I have something set wrong here ??

I would download a fresh copy and install it over your existing copy.
