New Spybot Beta question

I just downloaded the New Spybot S&D beta version to my flashdrive for installing on different computers & am wondering if i go ahead & install it on my win xp home pc, will it update it self to the non beta version by itsself,or will i have to uninstall/install? i'm still learnin'.:):hi:

When the non beta version is available, it should tell you when you check for updates through your current version, but usually you have to download the new version independently (not through Spybot's updates) and then install it yourself. I have never needed to uninstall an older version before installing a new one, it just goes right over the top, but no doubt if this ever changes they will make it clear on the download page. :)
