I submitted a photo on 24th but it's not in the list of photos to vote for. Any ideas what might have gone wrong? It definitely sent OK as it's in my sent items folder.

Hi,

Sorry your entry didn't get published in July's competition, but I have had terrible problems on my laptop resulting in (after about a week of being unable to boot) managing only to reformat not repair windows.

As a result all my settings and bookmarks etc were returned to defaults and I am only just getting things back straight. It is quite possible that your entry was lost by being unable to see into the spam folder etc on OE :(

Please resubmit your picture and it will be in August's competition :)

I have been getting interested in it a little although I think my wife takes better shots than I do. I have been getting some help and advice from Eve to get me started. There was just something about this shot that intrigued me and I have it as the wallpaper on my phone and desktop.
