About Adaware 2007

Under settings, and "cleaning engine", there is a box to check to "let windows remove files at startup". I am finding this slows my bootup time and the welcome screen stays on for a long time. At least, I assume that is what's doing it. If I uncheck that, for it not to do this, and it speeds my bootup time, what do I need to do, to remove whatever files it is talking about?

I think Tony means the setting in Step 4: Configure the scan settings shown in the tutorial. :)
