Anyone have some help ideas that I can send?

Already used superspywareblaster and few others...got rid of some not all.........?

I may not have the correct name of it either....so ...

Is this the correct section to post this in...or ought it go in pchelp...............

Your friend should probably update his/her virus programs first & then try it.

Here are a couple of links with two removal tools, it is a low risk trojan, which of course should be removed, but is not very harmful.
