This is a Picture of my Grandaughter.. she was 3 It was taken in Texas with a 200mm telephoto lens on my 1964 pentex camera.. She was playing with the bubbles in the yard with grampa and I just thought it would make a nice picture. Thank you to all who voted for it. My biggest joy in taking pictures is others enjoyment of them. The photos this month were so very good I hope the great photos continue to be submited. Let Septembers competition begin

Thank you one and all. She has always been a camera hog... LOL but shes cute enough to get away with it. I sent a link to my daughter.. her mom.. she was proud as could be I entered it and that it won.. I hope we have twice as many choices in this months contest.. there were so many beautiful ones and great captures..
