I know Mike uses....anyone else? my problem is is UA switcher isnt on default
on this board, I cant reply (I cant get a blinking curser in the text box) if I switch back to default and refresh page, then I have no problem..this is odd
and a pain since I have to have it on IE to see attachments at WS
Ill check back tonight as I am headed to work. Thanks ;)

I'm curious as to what happens when you try to view attachments at WS, as I can do that just fine (no UA switcher)...

She gets an "open with" prompt at WS if she doesn't use the UA switcher to change the UA to IE6 XP.

I just tell [Mozilla] to use Irfanview instead of changing UA.

Is it that big of a deal just to hit the open button? IMO this would be more convenient than messing with the UA switcher

I have the same problem at WS and have always found it a nuisance, but it is the only site I visit that does this, so I always leave my UA switcher on default to let everyone know that I am using Firebird. :)

Very few places I visit does this occur, WS and Yahoo Mail (attached images) are the only ones that spring to mind.

It is best to leave the UA at default unless a site refuses to let you in, then use the switcher to get in and ask the webmaster why he/she practices browser discrimination and request a stoppage of this practice.

WS is the only place I've found where I have to switch from default to IE to properly see things. I just don't go there often anymore, and sometimes don't bother switching either.
