Took 4 pics at the Arena in Verona and stitched them together. The stage is vast and this was a performance of Il Trovatore. The quality has suffered somewhat as the file size was large and had to make sacrifices in reducing.

PS also a pic of the outside of the Arena.
Actually the quality is very good and I have printed on A4, the panoramic is so compressed on the computer screen. Here is also a grab from part of the panoramic, but still at a low resolution.

Interesting pictures, John. Too bad the quality's so poor in the "panoramic." It looks like the Arena is crumbling!
John, have u tried Infranview for panoramas? You can make one with sev pics and it's a very small file and good quality.

Hi Muzz, I have a much better panoramic maker than infranview but unfortunately I can't demonstrate it here. The finished pics are really very good. But here I have had to chop the resolution so much that the quality has suffered. But take my word for it they are good and created with a program from Pixtra.

Hi Muzz,
I should thank you for the program recommend, I already have it but none of us know how much the others know. So it is always best to recommend programs. I did try many stitching programs quite a long time ago and came to the conclusion that the one from www.pixtra.com was the best (just my personal opinion)
I have had the kodak cam for quite some time and have recently acquired a canon A80 and am so pleased with it. It has so many facilities with full manual control.
