>>from RR<<
What do you mean by this. E-Trust anti virus and firewall are products from Computer Associates (a company which is currently undergoing a federal criminal investigation for securities fraud -- a fact that probably has nothing to do with the quality of their products)
While I have not used either product, I do know that there are effective anti-virus programs (like AVG antivirus, http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_index.php) and firewalls (like Zone Alarm, http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/home.jsp) which are easy to use and available free of charge.

You can get this software for free if you have roadrunner internet (from TimeWarner) (hence the RR)...
I run this software on a test machine at home and have had no issues with it. It works as advertised. The firewall is a customized version of ZA, so it really doesn't matter whether you run this or ZA free.
The AV software seems to be a bit more user-friendly than AVG free. It allows for better customization of updating and scanning, and hasn't missed anything that I've thrown at it yet. :)
