LOL! I ran across this last night. This is a picture of a scarecrow that I made for the school's garden in the fall.

Glad you like him. I made him interchangeable. For fall he had his pumpkin head with a straw hat underneath and straw peeking out from his sleeves and he had a sunflower on his shirt. But for winter, I rolled the pumpkin out and wrapped a lot of clear and white plastic around and around. Then I put a face on it, changed the flower to a poinsettia, put gloves on him and a jacket and then he was "Frosty"! ;)

Great idea to do with the scarecrow.
