I want to Thank You for posting that download. It has usefull info for all. I only got to page 20 and learned how to back up my registry with this tool Erunt. :)

Another useful guide is Windows Resgistry Guide by WinGuides. This breaks everything down and tells you how to do the tweaks. I have found this to be quite informative.
